Government Probs Copyright VIolations

Indian government has taken steps to probe the case of the copyright violations of the prominent Indian brands like Onida, Boroplus, Kamasutra condoms, etc. These brands are allegedly forged by the Chinese companies. The Chinese government has assured that it would take action against such trademark and copyright violations. Some of the Indian brands are sold in the exact counterfeit packages in China and Russia. The trademark experts thus suggest that the Indian companies should register their trademarks and have safe business in the international level. Going for trademark registration is the safest game.
