According to intellectual property consultancy, Rouse 8.3 million trademark applications have been made in made in China since 1979, with a record 1.2 million filed in 2010. Many also have been punished under the trademark rules in China. Even Though China has lots of third rate products infringing the original products. Many electronic products made in China are the carbon copies of the branded stuff in the market. This shows how much trademark registration is important. If one wants to protect, one has to register one's brand name and the trademarks.
